Plush Toys Ordering Process
How to custom bluk plush soft toys? And what were the procedures for custom plushies production? Below the chart are the regular proceeding steps for custom stuffed animals with us, we hope you could be involved as much as possible and know more about the status of your custom soft toys order.
Inquiry & initial communication: when you send the inquiry, please send us the design & or any object that you want to turn into plushie toys, and also advise the required size and intended order quantity. Then we can make you an offer with all the details within 1 workday. We work hard for every inquiry and project, if you don’t hear from us within 2 days, please check your spam folder if our reply lands there.
Prototyping: Once our offer is accepted by you. We will submit the sample invoice to you and move with the next step – make the prototype for approval, and provide you detailed pictures to confirm the details are okay. Normally it will take around 5-7 days to make. And we will do 1-2 time free revisions after 1st prototype.
Sampling: After the prototypes are confirmed, we will proceed with sampling(correct fabrics, embroidery, printings, accessories, etc). Normally, it was within 2-3 days to do. And send you detailed pictures of the sample for final confirmation before dispatch, which generally takes 3-5 days for air shipment.
Review sample in-person & pre-production: when you receive the sample and are ready to purchase the bulk quantities of custom plush animals, we will issue you the PI for the deposit payment, and assist you with your custom plush dolls label & and hangtag designing at the same time.
Production started: fabric purchasing, cutting. Our QC team will inspect the incoming materials and do full inspections on every step of stuffed toy production. Our sales team will send you pictures/videos during this period, and also arrange the safety testings meanwhile.
Packing: quality checking, metal detection, cleaning, full inspections here, and AQL2.5 standard final sampling after goods are packed.
Goods ready: Balance arranged before shipment. And if you don’t have forwarders here, our shipping agency will be responsible for your shipment and customs clearance. By sea, it normally 35-40 days to receive, by air is 10-12 days
