Materials:
Common fabrics: If the fabrics for your design were in Minky/super soft, PV velvet, or artificial rabbit fur such regular fabrics. That would be easier and fast to match, there is a wide range of stock colors on the market to choose, generally, 2-3 days can finish.
Special furs:
If the material was fur (commonly used in lifelike stuffed animals), such fabrics due to the high cost, most suppliers will not prepare much stock generally. In that case, custom fabrics would cost 12-15 days at least.
Designs:
If you already have the sample on hand, sending the physical prototype or detailed pictures to us is both okay. If only have artwork, with front, side, and back 3 views would be more clear for both of us. Soonest time 2-3 days could be done.
Production:
Die-cut tools making, Embroidering, printing, these processes will need 5-7 days soonest.
Costs:
Might will have a 15% – 30% price higher if the designs are complicated and urgent lead time.
Quality standard:
Still full inspection in every step during production and AQL2.5 standard before shipment. Normally production processes are needed to arrange a production schedule to avoid unnecessary mistakes. That’s why for urgent orders, will cost much more attention and operation costs here.

IMPORTANT:
Replicate from your existing sample: Replication only can reach 97%-98% similarity instead of 100% same as your original one. Mostly it’s hard to check all the details from pictures. So if you have very strict requirements on the similarity, please consider whether is it possible to send us your current sample.
